Up to £200 immediate private rehabilitation treatment (in non-fault cases)
Immediate physiotherapy and rehabilitation is available in any case where the insurers of the responsible party have accepted liability in writing or in road accident cases only where in the opinion of the panel solicitor acting the chances of the claim succeeding in full are 90% or more, or the Claimant is a seat-belt wearing passenger.
Typical examples of such non-fault cases are rear end impacts with no frontal damage and side impact claims with no frontal damage
Typical examples of where chances of succeeding in full are less than 90% include all roundabout or lane changing accidents and head on collisions.
Your solicitor is more likely to take a clear view the case will succeed if you have taken photographs of the vehicles in the position where they ended up after the accident. Independent witness evidence may also affect any decision but claims where the registration number of the vehicle responsible for the accident has not been taken down correctly are excluded.
