Mycover covers any vehicle driven by you or in which you are a passenger anywhere in the EU so whether you're driving a hired vehicle in Spain when an accident happens or a friend’s car or a company vehicle you're covered even if the other driver turns out to be uninsured.

You are entitled to urgent private rehabilitation treatment and physiotherapy of up to £500.00 value if clearly the accident isn’t your fault. This means you can get physiotherapy or any other treatment recommended by their GP in non-fault cases without worrying about the costs. Your panel solicitor will take care of all the arrangements.

It even covers the panel solicitor advising you if you have a grievance with your own insurers arising out of the accident, although this does not extended to the issuing of court proceedings.

If you are injured in a non-motor related accident at work or in a public place you have the same legal expenses cover so long as the person or company responsible is located in the UK. So if your injury occurred whilst on holiday abroad, you are likely to be covered if the holiday was booked through a UK tour operator.
